Very Good Customer Support

I am a mobile motorcycle mechanic in South West Florida with certifications from MMI on late model Harley Davidson motorcycles. We do not have a local Big Dog dealership. Customers here are limited to finding an aftermarket shop to perform services and repairs on their motorcycles. Big Dog provided me very customer support during my service on and repair to a 2007 Bull Dog. The fuel pump I received worked and the fitment was perfect. The standard shipping time was approximately 3 days.
