This is the new OEM Surface Mount LED Tachometer Ring from Big Dog Motorcycles! After 2 years in development and manufacturing, we are proud to release the new and improved unit. Tachometer Ring failure is a common occurrence on Big Dog Motorcycles mostly due to corrosion on the lower part of the circuit board ring (neutral light, oil pressure light & high/low beam light failure are common) These are the areas where moisture accumulates on the circuit board and corrodes the metal leg posts that solder to the board. These new surface mount LED's offer a water tight seal to the board to eliminate this issue and have a lifespan of up to 10,000 hours.
